What Double Yellow is

Double Yellow is a drift league hub for CarX Drift Racing Online, run by Mantis. It isn't made by, or connected to, CarX Technologies.

Your account

• You log in with Discord. Keep your Discord account secure: anyone who gets into it can use your Double Yellow account.
• One driver profile per person, under the gamer tag you actually race with.
• You must be at least 13, the same as Discord.

How to behave

• Respect other drivers, judges and teams, on the site and in the Discord.
• Follow each event's rules and specs. Judges' calls stand, apart from the challenge and review steps each event allows.
• Don't cheat, impersonate anyone, spam, or upload anything hateful, explicit or not yours to share.

Mantis can remove content, cancel entries or results, and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

What you upload

Your photos, spec boards and writing stay yours. By uploading them you let Double Yellow show them on the site and in the Discord, and use them to make spec board art and driver cards.

Double Yellow Plus

• Racing on Double Yellow is free. Double Yellow Plus plans cost what the Plus page shows when you buy, plus sales tax where it applies.
• Plans renew automatically, every month or every year, until you cancel. The first year of a yearly plan has two months taken off; later years are the full yearly price.
• Cancelling: cancel at any time on your page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the calendar month you cancel in.
• Refunds: monthly plans aren't refunded. On a yearly plan, every whole month left after the month you cancel in is refunded, at the amount you paid divided by 12.
• Changing plans: moving to a bigger plan starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving to a smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
• Missed payments: if a renewal can't be charged, Stripe tries again. If it still isn't paid, the plan ends and your account goes back to the free Street limits. Your cars, spec boards and events are never deleted because a plan ended.
• Legacy: yearly Host Plus bought during the Legacy window keeps its price for as long as it renews without a break. Cancelling, a missed payment that ends the plan, or moving off yearly Host Plus ends Legacy for good.
• Prices for new purchases can change. A change to a plan you already have is announced in the Discord before it applies to you.

The site itself

Double Yellow is run by one person for the community. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but the site is provided as it is, and it can sometimes be down, slow or wrong. As far as the law allows, Double Yellow isn't liable for more than what you paid for Double Yellow Plus in the 12 months before a problem.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date, and big changes are announced in the Discord. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
